During my recent stay, I found the property comfortable and conveniently located near central Nottingham. While the accommodations were suitable for two adults and a child, the sleeping arrangements fell short. Our son had to make do with a small bench in the kitchen, which ultimately led to him sleeping on the floor. the host was prompt and helpful, quickly addressing queries and even installing a requested blind during our stay. the presence of both upstairs and downstairs toilets added to the convenience. For those traveling with pets, the property is dog-friendly, which is a plus. Amenities like free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV enhanced our experience, although air conditioning would have been a welcome addition. It's a decent option for those seeking a self-catering experience with a few trade-offs regarding comfort.
